We here at[@] added anotehr member to our team, and thus needed a comfortable rocking chair for the nursery. After much research, we settled on "Storkcraft Bowback Glider & Ottoman Set", based on multiple reviews.Out of the box the set looks really nice - equivalent or better than many others we have sene on a showroom floor. Assembly was fairly easy, (aside from the fact that some items were missing from the box and had to be ordered from the manufacturer). side rails did not fit perfectly into their appropriate "holes" and some pressure had to be applied to make them fit. On to comfort.arms and back are pretty cushy, but same just CAN NOT be said about the seat cushion. Compared to otehr chairs - it is paper thin, and after 30 days of use, developed a serious cavity (and we are by no means heavyset). Seat should be the most comofrtable, and it is not, so we had to buy an extra seat cushion. about 20 days into its use, chair started squeaking. We thought it might be positioning, but its not. This thing SQUEAKS, and of course loudest at night, when the house is quiet. Lubricating joints with WD40 did not help too much. W elike the microfiber material, though we wish it came in a darker color - as color combos offered are just too light, and especially with ottomand ( that usually have feet rested on them) they get dirty quickly. This is our 2nd set, so we left original plastic seat cover on the ottoman - to keep it clean. Overall its a good chair, at a fair price, main reasons im giving it a 3 is the seat cushion and squeaking.

      While shopping for our nursery, I wasn't impressed with the glider/rocker selection in the stores so chanced purchasing this one online based on the reviews. Put it together by myself in about 20 minutes, only issue was a small screw/hole misalignment I had to play with for a few minutes before I got a tight fit. The bottom edges of the ottoman were a bit scuffed from the poor packaging (holes in box with the bottom ottoman edges protruding by the time the box made it to me) but nothing a little furniture marker couldn't hide. Two very small dirt spots on the ottoman as well which I was able to get out with Resolve. Very comfortable so far for me (5'7") and my hubby (5'10" 200 lbs.) I've been sitting in it everyday for a few hours while working from home. The only feature I would have liked to be different is a bar to lock the glider into place. Overall, great value for a glider I believe will hold up well for a couple years.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
